The LightBox in Las Colinas is available for events six days a week, Monday-Saturday.
All F&B is handled in-house through our partnership with Hugo's Invitados, which provides chef-crafted cuisine and full bar packages, available and customizable to each event.
Yes! Our bar menus and staffing are handled through Hugo's Invitados, the upscale modern Mexican restaurant in Las Colinas. Bar options can range from wine and beer cash bars, to full-pour cocktail menus, and everything in between.
Yes. The LightBox has two distinct rooms available for complete privacy and prep as needed.
We collaborate with outside vendors on a case-by-case basis. All F&B needs are handled in-house, but other needs, such as decor, DJs, florists, etc. can be negotiated and included in your event.
An abundance of convenient easy-access parking is included in all events! VIP valet parking can also be made available for special events.
You can cancel anytime prior to 180 days before your event for a full refund. You may cancel more than 60 days in advance for a 50% refund. Click here for additional information.
